I like playing around with my macro setting. It's neat to try different images with.

this is a mega close-up of a candle holder in my living room.

Alison: Day 16 Dusty candle holder.

That is pretty much all there is to it. It's dusty; I never light it. Here it is with a fairly shallow depth of field.

Voila.

Alison: Day 14 - wine time.

This is the season for drinking. I think.

This shot is just a couple of bottles of wine I keep ready on the dining room table and a couple candles.

I'm still experimenting with varied lighting situations. I like exploring different settings like these.
