Alison: Day 14 -- perspective.

what a sloppy room I have right now, but this is it -- the lovely scenary from my bed. =)
I tried doing what Audrey does and just taking a photo of something around me. This is the best I could come up with tonight. You have a far more challenging task ahead of you than I realized, Aud. I look forward to seeing how you capture your daily life in these coming days.

That's Morty in the tank.

Alison: Day 14 - wine time.

This is the season for drinking. I think.

This shot is just a couple of bottles of wine I keep ready on the dining room table and a couple candles.

I'm still experimenting with varied lighting situations. I like exploring different settings like these.

Harry: Day 14

Here are two more of the pipes that I think are a bit so-so. I would have posted a few more but I'm using internet through my phone at the moment. I don't think I love them as much as the first, and there were a few more I was going to upload but possibly I'll do that tomorrow, as delightful as the 20 minutes was it took to upload those two. *cries*

Jared Day 14: Smoked Salmon

Close up of my second dinner tonight, Thinly sliced smoked salmon on top of a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I'm trying to quit smoking right now so pretty much all I want to do is eat. This may or may not be the first of many food photos to come...

Jason: Day 13, 14, 15,16, 17, 18

I have been a bum lately. Here are the pictures I have taken on the specified days.

Day 13
I have seen this pile of parts for many days now and decided to take a photo. It is very out of the ordinary and catches my eye every day. It is on the sidewalk on the east side of 34th Street here in Gainesville.

Day 14
I took this photo on a rainy day while I was waiting for Lily Rose to come pick me up from work. I like how you can clearly tell that there is a great distance between the trees in the foreground and the trees in the background.

Day 15: "Why Is Everything Wet?"
This bathroom, located at Shands, is always this wet on the counters. It's the most notorious one that I know of at Shands. I took the photo when it made me think of the Dane Cook joke about everything being so wet in public restrooms.

Day 16: "STOP ...And Think"
I took this photo at first to see what the stickers on the stop sign said, but I couldn't figure it out until just now. I did some basic equalizing and desaturated the photo for dramatic effect.

Day 17
I took this photo late on the 31st. I saw the moon and whatever planet that was supposed to be lined up this way and thought it made for a good photo. The shot was a bit shaky, but I think it turned out great. I did some brightness/contrast adjusting and desaturated the picture for the final effect.

Day 18: David Archuleta
I got off work around 2pm and Lily Rose wanted to go see David Archuleta, who was playing at a local restaurant. It was packed by the time we got there, so no way to get a good shot. Unless I climbed up that tree... lol. Anyway, my apologies for the blurriness, but this is the best I could do.

Oz: Sun Dance Party

I have left LA and begun my trek east. I am currently in park city utah participating in the sundance film festival. I have seen cool movies and met cool people. With so much to see and do, its hard to get out and get some cool pics, but here is what I have come up with...

Day14 – Arrival Day – I arrive in park City and it is beautiful. Get all situated with Sundance and get a really nice condo for the festival. I explore with my roommate and his friends. Meet some cool people, its going to be a good two weeks.

Photobucket

Day15 – Warehaus Day - A stack of New York Times in front of the warehouse that I have to deliver as part of my job. I usually arrive about 15 minutes before the rest of the crew, perfect time to take photos before the sun comes up.

Photobucket

Day 16 – Delivery Day – Make more deliveries, go to an advanced screening of a documentary, enjoy the mountain air. People keep stealing the pallet jack from the warehouse, so we brand it.

Photobucket

Day 17 – World Premiere day – I see two world premieres in one day, here is a photo from the audience, you can pretend like you are here.

Photobucket

Day 18 – Hungover day – too much to drink at the bar = miserable day. After work I take photos while I am waiting for the bus. Here are the instructions for a propane heater.

Photobucket

Day 19 – Shot tree day – Walking to lunch I discovered a grove of shoes. I got so caught up I was late to work. There must have been hundreds of shoes in these trees and no explanation. I wanna go back at sunset…

Photobucket

Day 20 – Latin Lover day – Ran into the Spanish actor again, I didn’t know he was also in the devils backbone…flirted…again, saw some movies, took this photo walking down main street, the blue lights seemed cool.

Mat Ryan: 14 and 15 January: Sunrise and my morning routine

The sunrise is what I see when I walk out my door and look right, it's actually more impressive when I drive down the street but I never stop since I'm usually on my way to work and I'm usually running late. Like now, I have to be to work in 14 minutes.
The other picture is what I do before I go to work, which is drink coffee and stare at my computer, because I also like coffee.

Alison, Day # 14: Ominous.

This is the bridge I cross every morning and every night to get to my house.

On foggy mornings it dawns a fairly ominous appearance. But if you're brave enough to traverse upward, before you reach the point, you usually break through the fog and the view is vast, yet indescribable.

This bridge is part of what once was the Cross-Florida Barge Canal. You can read about it here.

Lily Rose Day 14: The Cats' View of My Apartment

So I didn't feel too well at dialysis today, so I was unable to really get out and take any decent pictures. I was hanging out with my kitties tonight though and laid down on the floor with Bella to take some shots of her when my stereo and stacks of cds caught my eye. I realized that by laying on the floor, I was probably getting a pretty good cat perspective of my apartment. So here it is, my home from a cat's POV.

Don´t steal the cherry

Today I was looking for something nice to photograph and suddenly those crocodil passed my view. When I look at it I always´ve to smile, because we always say "Don´t steal the cherry".
Nobody knows why, but suddenly there was a gummibear-cherry in the mouth of the crocodil. It´s there now for ages and it´s kinda funny to see how the world moves, but the crocodil and his cherry´s still there.
