I can't post the picture that I want to because the picture exists only in my head, so in a weak attempt I'll paint it with words.
I'm driving home and in one moment two girls arm in arm walked down the street, tall and skinny, black pea coats with jeans tucked into black boot heels, on a sidewalk under the streetlight and next to a brick building with one and a half story windows they stop; the taller of the two turns her head towards the building and in a moment of flawed beauty lights a cigarette, places the lighter in her pocket, starts walking, and as I pass she puts the cigarette to her side, stares at the stars, and exhales deeply.
I've been up for 20 hours, I should probably sleep.
