January 5 2009: Things I see when driving home
I work part time at an auto restoration shop in Grafton, NH, and it takes about 45 minutes for me to drive from there to where I call home at the moment. I got out early today, around 4, which just so happens to be around sunset, and decided to take a slightly longer way home just so I could get a picture of the covered bridge. I had to walk down to the river to get this shot, I kind of felt like a flatlander taking pictures but that's why I bought the camera in the first place. Anyways, not much digital editing, I put the red intensifier filter on and messed very little with the contrast...

hey now ... don't knock the flatlanders. You're surrounded by us here on the blog.
ReplyDeleteLove this shot though. It's beautiful. The water is crisp and the colors of the sky (especially behind the bridge) are breath-taking.
