Lily Rose Day 12: Running, But Not Getting Anywhere....

I must confess that I set this shot up myself, by turning on the spicket. It did turn out a little cooler than I anticipated though; I like that you can actually see the droplets farther down and can see the water pooling up on the ground. I could just be being slightly biased however.

  1. Nobody said the shots had to be completely natural and untouched... it's your creativity that you're expressing. And like you said, it does look pretty cool. I love taking shots of water, especially when drops separate from the stream as in your example.

  2. I like this one, Susan. I wonder what it would have looked like if you got a little lower/closer to the faucet? Just curiosity.

    Nicely done.

  3. If you would have placed a mop at the tap, you would have pictured out a Dutch saying. :P Anyway, I wonder how it would have looked like if you would have taken an even shorter shutter time.

  5. 'Dweilen met de kraan open'. Or 'Mop up with the tap wide open', when translated literally into English. :P It's basically the same if you run, but you don't get anywhere. :)
